Abstract

Un método para aplicar aditivos termosensibles al papel durante un proceso de fabricacion de papel que consta de los siguientes pasos: a) proveer una mezcla seca que incluye un compuesto de almidon crudo y uno o más aditivos termosensibles para la fabricacion de papel; b) agregar la mezcla seca al agua para formar una suspension sin cocer el almidon; c) proveer una matriz de papel que posee una superficie superior y una superficie inferior; d) aplicar la suspension a la superficie superior de la matriz de papel y dejar que por lo menos una parte de la suspension penetre la superficie inferior de la matriz de papel; y e) calentar la matriz de papel luego de aplicar la suspension para cocer una parte o todo el almidon.A method for applying heat-sensitive additives to paper during a papermaking process consisting of the following steps: a) providing a dry mix that includes a raw starch compound and one or more heat-sensitive additives for papermaking; b) add the dry mixture to the water to form a suspension without cooking the starch; c) provide a paper matrix having an upper surface and a lower surface; d) apply the suspension to the upper surface of the paper matrix and allow at least part of the suspension to penetrate the lower surface of the paper matrix; and e) heat the paper matrix after applying the suspension to cook a part or all of the starch.
