Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un procedimiento para la preparacion de un compuesto de formula (9), caracterizado porque un compuesto formula (1) donde Hal es F, Cl, Br o I, es sometido a nitracion para proporcionar 5-halogeno-2-hidroxi-3-nitrobenzaldehído de formula (2), seguido por una condensacion de Erlenmeyer del compuesto de formula (2) con un derivado de glicina de formula (3) donde R representa un alquilo C1-6 o un grupo arilo, para proporcionar una N-(6-halogeno-8-nitro-2-oxo-2H-1-benzopiran-3- il)amida de formula (4) y una hidrogenacion catalítica subsecuente del compuesto de formula (4) para proporcionar una N-(8-amino-2-oxo-2H-1-benzopiran-3-il)amida de formula (5) después de lo cual el compuesto (5) obtenido es alquilado con un compuesto de formula (6), donde L es un grupo saliente, para proporcionar una N-(8-(1-piperazinil)-2-oxo-2H-1-benzopiran-3-il)amida de formula (7), después de lo cual la funcion amida de formula (7) es hidrolizada con un ácido, resultando en la sal ácida de formula (8) correspondiente, en la cual n es 0, 1, 2, o 3, después de lo cual el compuesto de formula (8) se neutraliza (parcialmente) con una base para producir el producto representado por la formula (9) donde n y m independientemente pueden tener el valor 0, 1, 2 o 3.
