Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1) en donde: Y es O, -N(R4a)-, S, sulfinilo, sulfonilo, -C(O)-, -C(=NR4b)-, -C(=R6aR6b)- o una cadena alquileno C1-4 o alquenileno C2-4 que puede estar interrumpida por O, -N(R5a), S, sulfinilo, sulfonilo, - C(O)- o por -C(=NR5b)-, o sustituida una o más veces con R6; R4a y R5a son, cada uno de manera independiente del otro, H, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, ciano, formilo, alquilcarbonilo C1-6, alcoxicarbonilo C1-6, carbamoilo, alquilaminocarbonilo C1- 6, di(alquilamino C1-6)carbonilo, di(alquilamino C1-6)sulfonilo, cicloalquilcarbonilo C3-6, alquilsulfonilo C1-6, fenilcarbonilo, fenilaminocarbonilo o fenilsulfonilo, donde los grupos fenilo pueden, a su vez, estar sustituidos una, dos, tres, cuatro o cinco veces con alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, haloalcoxi C1-6, halogeno, ciano, hidroxi o nitro; R6a is H, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkylcarbonyl or C1-6 alkylcarbonyloxy; R6b is H or C1-6 alkyl; or R6a together with R6b is a C2-5 alkylene chain; A1 is N or CR7; A2 is N or CR8; R1, R2, R6, R7 and R8 are each independently of the others, H, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, halogen, hydroxy, mercapto, nitro, cyano, C1- alkoxycarbonyl 6, C1-6 alkylcarbonyl, formyl, hydroxyiminomethylene, C1-6 alkoxyiminomethylene, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 haloalkoxy, C3-6 alkenyloxy, C3-6 alkynyloxy, C1-4 alkoxy-C1-2 alkoxy, C1-6 alkoxy -carbonyloxy, C1-6 alkylcarbonyloxy, C1-6 alkylthio, C1-6 alkylsulfonyl, C1-6 alkylsulfinyl, -N (R9R10), tri (C1-6 alkyl) silyl, phenyl-di (C1-6 alkyl) silyl, tri (C1-6 alkyl) silyloxy, benzyloxy, U1 or -OU1a; or R1, R2, R6, R7 and R8 are, each independently of the others, a methyl, vinyl or ethynyl group, substituted once, twice or three times, or as applicable, once with halogen, hydroxy , mercapto, nitro, cyano, formyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C3-6 alkenyloxy, C3-6 alkynyloxy, C1-6 haloalkoxy, C1-4 alkoxy-C1-2 alkoxy, C1-4 alkoxycarbonyloxy, C1-4 alkylcarbonyloxy, alkoxycarbonyl C1-4, C1-4 alkylcarbonyl, C1-6 alkylthio, C1-6 alkylsulfinyl, C1-6 alkylsulfonyl, N (R12R13), C3-6 cycloalkyl, tri (C1-6 alkyl) silyl, phenyl di (C1- alkyl 6) silyl, tri (C1-6 alkyl) silyloxy, U2 or -OU2a; or R1, R2, R6, R7 and R8 are each independently of the others, a C2-6 alkyl, C3-6 alkenyl or C3-6 alkynyl group, interrupted once or twice with O, S, sulfinyl , sulfonyl, -N (R15) - or with -C (O) -, with the proviso that two atoms of O, two atoms of S, or one atom of O and one atom of S cannot be adjacent to each other; or is substituted one or more times with hydroxy, mercapto, nitro, cyano, halogen, formyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C3-6 alkenyloxy, C3-6 alkynyloxy, C1-6 haloalkoxy, C1-4 alkoxy-C1-2 alkoxy, C1-4 alkoxycarbonyloxy, C1-4 alkylcarbonyloxy, C1-4 alkoxycarbonyl, C1-4 alkylcarbonyl, C1-6 alkylthio, C1-6 alkylsulfinyl, C1-6 alkylsulfonyl, N (R16R17), C3-6 cycloalkyl, tri (C1- alkyl 6) silyl, phenyl-di (C1-6 alkyl) silyl, tri (C1-6 alkyl) silyloxy, U4 or -OU4a; or two R6 substituents on the same C atom together form a C2-4 alkylene chain in which one or two C atoms of the C2-4 alkylene chain may have been replaced by O, S, sulfinyl or sulfonyl, or which may be substituted one or more times with R6c, with the proviso that two heteroatoms cannot be adjacent to each other; or two R6 substituents on different C atoms together form an oxygen bridge or a C1-4 alkylene chain which, in turn, may be substituted one or more times with R6d; or R7 and R8 together form a bridge -CH = CH-CH = CH- or a C2-4 alkylene chain in which one or two C atoms of the C2-4 alkylene chain may have been replaced by O, S, sulfinyl or sulfonyl, or which may be substituted one or more times with R6e, with the proviso that two heteroatoms cannot be adjacent to each other; R9, R13, R15 and R17 are each independently of the others, H, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 alkylcarbonyl, C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl, C1-6 alkylsulfonyl or U9; R10, R12 and R16 are each independently of the others, H or C1-6 alkyl;
