Abstract
Un dispositivo que comprende; un primer electrodo; un segundo electrodo; una region fotoactiva dispuesta entre el primer electrodo y el segundo electrodo, la region fotoactiva además comprende: una primera capa orgánica que comprende una mezcla de un material aceptor orgánico y un material donador orgánico, en donde la primera capa orgánica tiene un espesor no mayor de 0, 8 longitudes de transporte de carga características; y una segunda capa orgánica en contacto directo con la primera capa orgánica, en donde: la segunda capa orgánica comprende una capa no mezclada del material aceptor orgánico o el material donador orgánico de la primera capa orgánica, y la segunda capa tiene un espesor no menor de 0,1 longitudes de absorcion opticas. Célula solar que comprende: un primer electrodo, un segundo electrodo y una region fotoactiva orgánica dispuesta entre el primer y segundo electrodos, en donde la region fotoactiva está compuesta por una mezcla de dos materiales orgánicos, y en donde la resistencia en serie entre el primer y el segundo electrodos está en la gama de 0,25 omega cm2 +/- 0,15 omega cm2.
