Abstract

Un comprimido multicapa que comprende una primera capa formulada para la liberacion instantánea del antagonista del receptor de angiotensina II telmisartán desde una matriz de comprimido de disolucion, una segunda capa formulada para la liberacion instantánea del inhibidor de la enzima convertidora de angiotensina ramipril y opcionalmente un diurético desde una matriz de comprimido de desintegracion, y, opcionalmente, una tercera capa formulada para la liberacion instantánea de un diurético como hidroclorotiazida desde una matriz de comprimido de desintegracion rápida. Método para la fabricacion de dicho comprimido.
