La presente se refiere a esteroides con un perfil androgénico y progestagénico mixto, composicion farmacéutica que los comprende y usos. Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de formula (1) donde: R1 es O, o NOR con R siendo H, alquil C1-6 o acil C1-6, R2 es metil o etil, y R3 es H o acil C1-15.
