Abstract
Un procedimiento de puesta en marcha de un punto de acceso (AP) incluye una fase de descubrimiento y una fase de anuncio. Durante la fase de descubrimiento, el AP detecta APs vecinos de su propio conjunto de servicio extendido (ESS), APs vecinos de ESSs diferentes, y fuentes externas de interferencia.
