Abstract
El presente proporciona un procedimiento mejorado para la preparación de la forma alfa-polimorfa del hidrobromuro de eletriptan. Reivindicación 1: Un procedimiento para la preparación de la forma alfa-poliforma del hidrobromuro de eletriptan que comprende las etapas de a) tratar una solución de eletriptan en 2-butanona con ácido bromhídrico y b) destilar el azeótropo de la mezcla 2-butanona/agua hasta que la formación de la forma alfa-polimorfa del hidrobromuro de electriptan se ha completado.
