Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento de purificación para la preparación de la terbinafina farmacéutica de alilamina de la fórmula (1), en la forma de base libre o en la forma de sal de adición de ácido, destilando la base de terbinafina cruda, preferiblemente a través de destilación de trayectoria corta, por ejemplo, a una temperatura por arriba de 100° C y presión reducida, por ejemplo, 0.2 mbarias, y recuperando el producto purificado en la forma de base libre o en la forma de sal de adición de ácido.
