Abstract
Método y aparato de compensación de desenfoque y astigmatismo para usar en una disposición de medición de aberración. El aparato que incluye reflectores para alterar la distancia óptica entre un par de lentes que hacen pasar un frente de onda sin cambiar la distancia física entre las lentes, compensado de ese modo el desenfoque en un frente de onda; y espejos cilíndricos para agregar y quitar curvatura de un frente de onda curvado, compensado de ese modo astigmatismo en el frente de onda. Los métodos que incluyen hacer pasar un frente de onda que tiene desenfoque a través de una primera lente sobre un primer camino, reflejar el frente de onda del primer camino a un segundo camino, reflejar el frente de onda del segundo camino a un tercer camino, y hacer pasar el frente de onda a través de una segunda lente como un frente de onda compensado en desenfoque; y hacer pasar un frente de onda a través de primera y segundo lentes cilíndricas, y orientar las primera y segunda lentes cilíndricas con respecto al frente de onda y una con respecto a la otra para compensar astigmatismo en el frente de onda.
