Abstract

Una estructura indicadora de manipulacion indebida que se utiliza en un sistema de cierre dosificador resellable, incluye una tapa y un miembro indicador de manipulacion indebida, flexible y frangible, que se extiende por la tapa hasta un aro desprendible. El aro desprendible después se hace girar en pivote hacia abajo hasta la tapa, por lo que el miembro frangible indicador de manipulacion indebida queda dispuesto en posicion adyacente al faldon del cuerpo del cierre. El aro desprendible se situa en la parte inferior del cuerpo del cierre. El sistema puede instalarse después en un recipiente de manera que el aro desprendible se inmovilice debajo de un reborde o saliente del recipiente. Si el cuerpo del cierre se retira posteriormente del recipiente, se corta una parte del miembro frangible indicador de manipulacion indebida, porque no es posible que el aro desprendible se desplace hacia arriba al retirar el cuerpo del cierre. Más aun, si la tapa se desplaza de su posicion cerrada respecto del cuerpo de cierre cuando éste todavía está en el recipiente, se corta otra parte del miembro frangible indicador de manipulacion indebida, porque no es posible que le aro desprendible y por lo tanto el miembro frangible indicador de manipulacion indebida se desplacen hacia arriba. De manera que, con un solo elemento indicador de manipulacion indebida constituida por el miembro frangible, se hace evidente la manipulacion indebida en: 1) el cuerpo del cierre respecto del recipiente; y 2) la tapa respecto del cuerpo del cierre.
