Abstract
Oxazinquinolonas, que comprenden un compuesto de la formula (1), en donde R1 es C1-6 alquilo, sustituido opcionalmente con -OH, OC1-4 alquilo o het; en donde C1-6 alquilo está opcionalmente insaturado en forma parcial; en donde het es un radical de un anillo heterocíclico de 5 o 6 miembros que tiene uno o dos heteroátomos seleccionados del grupo constituido de oxígeno, azufre y N; o sal farmacéuticamente aceptable, racemato, solvato, tautomero, isomero optico o derivado prodroga del mismo, composicion farmacéutica y el uso de dicho compuesto para preparar un medicamento utiles como agentes antivirales, en particular, como agentes contra la familia herpesvirus.
