Abstract
Se relaciona con compuestos denominados Citrulimicinas, que se obtienen cultivando Streptomycetes sp. ST 101396 (DSM 13309) y con sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables. Citrulimicinas, que comprenden un compuesto de la formula (1) en la cual: R1, R2, R3 y R4 son, independientemente entre sí, residuos alquílicos C1-6 y las sales y derivados fisiologicamente tolerados de los mismos, en todas sus formas estereoisoméricas y todas sus formas tautoméricas. Se relaciona asimismo con un proceso para la produccion de Citrulimicinas, con el microorganismo Streptomycetes sp. ST 101396 (DSM 13309), con el uso de las Citrulimicinas y con sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables como producto farmacéutico, en especial con su uso como inhibidores del receptor de neurotensina, y con composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden Citrulimicinas o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de las mismas y un proceso para su produccion.
