Abstract

Tobera para diluir fosfina con un gas, preferiblemente con aire, que comprende un inductor de aire tubular, una division montada en forma anular y/o por lo menos un pequeno tubo montado en forma lateral como inductor de flujo PH3, donde el tamano de abertura de la division y/o de la abertura del tubo pequeno es como máximo 1/25 del diámetro del inductor de aire tubular y/o de la distancia entre la superficie de un elemento que sirve como guía para el aire y la parte interna del inductor de aire tubular en el área de entrada de PH3.
