Abstract

Se proporciona un nuevo material fibroso de capas multiples para usarse en productos para la higiene personal. En este material, una capa que tiene una mezcla de pulpa, superabsorbente y aglutinante es adyacente a una capa que tiene una concentracion de superabsorbente muy alta. La estructura es entonces compactada a una densidad de entre alrededor de 0,1 y 0,3 g/cc. Estas estructuras en capas tienen mejores propiedades de toma que los materiales competitivos hechos tradicionalmente. Estas estructuras sorprendentemente también tienen mejores propiedades de distribucion que los materiales competitivos. Tal material fibroso es util en los productos para la higiene personal, como los panales, calzoncillos de aprendizaje, prendas para incontinencia y productos para la higiene femenina.
