Abstract
La presente se refiere a material plástico y proceso para la fabricacion del mismo a partir de residuos de pintura en polvo. El material de la presente permitirá conformar infinidad de productos evitándose la deposicion, tal como hoy en día, de los residuos de pintura en polvo generados por gran cantidad de industrias. Este material podrá ser conformado con estructura celular o alveolar y estará constituido por residuos de pintura e isocianato. El proceso para obtener este material con constitucion alveolar se lleva a cabo en las siguientes etapas: a) Homogeneizar los residuos de pintura en polvo; b) Adicionar isocianato en cantidades iguales en peso que la mezcla de residuos de pintura en polvo obtenida en la etapa a); c) Homogeneizar mezcla de residuos de pintura e isocianato; d) Adicionar una mezcla previamente homogeneizada de silicona y agua; e) Amasar la mezcla formada en la etapa d); f) Vertir sobre el molde del producto a obtener, la totalidad de la mezcla y luego cerrarlo; g) Mantener a una temperatura constante a fin de permitir reaccionar los componentes. De disponer de hornos se acelerará el proceso llevándolo hasta una temperatura entre 160 degree C y 220 degree C; h) Retirar el molde y dejar enfriar. Se podrá adicionar una etapa de curado en caso de disponer de hornos de calentamiento.This refers to plastic material and process for manufacturing it from powder paint residues. The material of the present will allow to conform infinity of products avoiding the deposition, as nowadays, of the residues of powder paint generated by great amount of industries. This material may be formed with cellular or cellular structure and will consist of paint and isocyanate residues. The process to obtain this material with alveolar constitution is carried out in the following stages: a) Homogenize the powder paint residues; b) Add isocyanate in equal amounts by weight as the powder paint residue mixture obtained in step a); c) Homogenize mixture of paint and isocyanate residues; d) Add a previously homogenized mixture of silicone and water; e) Knead the mixture formed in step d); f) Pour the entire mixture into the mold to obtain, and then close it; g) Maintain at a constant temperature in order to allow the components to react. If furnaces are available, the process will be accelerated by taking it to a temperature between 160 degrees C and 220 degrees C; h) Remove the mold and let cool. A curing stage may be added if heating furnaces are available.
