Abstract
Un producto efervescente que incluye un ingrediente líquido, un sistema efervescente y optativamente un solvente. El solvente puede ser hidrofílico o hidrofobico y también tener baja solubilidad con ingredientes efervescentes orgánicos. El solvente puede incluir un alcohol, un glicol o un glicoléter, por ejemplo, pero no exclusivamente, 2-butoxietanol. El sistema efervescente usado en el compuesto efervescente puede ser, por ejemplo, pero no exclusivamente, una sal de perborato expandida, anhidra, o una mezcla de una sal de perborato expandida, anhidra, y oxoborato o un ácido y uno o más entre bicarbonato de sodio, carbonato de sodio, bicarbonato de potasio y carbonato de potasio. El sistema efervescente puede incluir además cualquiera de los siguientes ingredientes, todos ellos, o cualquier combinacion de los mismos: tensioactivos, composiciones blanqueadoras, agentes anti-redecantacion, aglutinantes, lubricantes, colores, fragancias, inhibidores de la corrosion, desinfectantes, pesticidas, fertilizantes y/o abrillantadores opticos. También se revela un método para producir la sal de perborato expandida anhidra. También se describe un método para fabricar un compuesto efervescente, que incluye los pasos de proveer un solvente, proveer un sistema efervescente en forma de polvo, y mezclar el solvente con el sistema efervescente, produciendo así un compuesto efervescente que fluye libremente. El método puede incluir además los pasos de comprimir el compuesto efervescente y luego darle forma de gránulos o tabletas.
