Abstract

La presente se relaciona con un método para la minimizacion del rechazo inmunologico de un feto de transferencia nuclear ("TN"), que incluye transferir un embrion de TN a un recipiente de embriones, bajo condiciones efectivas para el desarrollo de un feto de TN, con mínimo riesgo de rechazo inmunologico del feto debido a una respuesta inmune materna anti-fetal de MHC-I. Luego de determinar un tipo de antígeno MHC-I para un embrion de TN y un tipo de antígeno MHC-I para recipientes de embriones, el embrion de TN es o bien (i) transferido a un primer recipiente de embriones que tiene un tipo de antígeno de MHC-I compatible, bajo condiciones eficaces para desarrollo de un feto de TN a partir del embrion de TN, o (ii) transferido a un segundo recipiente de embriones que tiene un tipo de antígeno de MHC-I incompatible, seguido de la regulacion de la expresion MHC-I del embrion de TN, o de la supresion de una respuesta inmune del recipiente de embriones, bajo condiciones eficaces para el desarrollo de un feto de transferencia nuclear.
