Abstract
La presente se refiere a una disposición intercambiadora de calor para sistemas de refrigeración por compresión, del tipo que comprende un compresor eléctrico-1-, el cual al funcionar, produce dentro del sistema una diferencia de presión entre los denominados lado de alta y baja presión, la cual es aprovechada para la compresión y posterior expansión del fluido refrigerante, fenómeno utilizado para transferencia de calor, un condensador-2-, dentro del cual el fluido refrigerante proveniente del compresor eléctrico-1-, a alta presión y temperatura, cede calor, produciéndose la condensación del fluido refrigerante, un filtro molecular ó deshidratador-3-, dentro del cual se retienen impurezas y partículas no deseadas dentro del sistema, un tubo capilar ó restrictor de caudal-4-, a través del cual el fluido refrigerante, por efecto del proceso de laminación, disminuye su presión y temperatura, un evaporador ó serpentina-6-, dentro de la cual se produce la expansión del fluido refrigerante, un tubo colector de líquidos de retorno-7-, dentro del cual, el fluido refrigerante no utilizado durante el proceso de expansión se acumula, para impedir su retorno en estado líquido al compresor eléctrico-1-, para comenzar así un nuevo ciclo. De acuerdo a la ejecución que se propone, se vincula el tubo capilar ó restrictor de caudal-4- por medio de un casquillo de sello, fijación y retención-5- al tubo de conexión-8-, el cual se une al evaporador ó serpentina-6-, evitando el uso de piezas, procesos y ó elementos de ejecución complicada, disminuyendo las posibilidades de fugas o pérdidas de fluido refrigerante del sistema de refrigeración. According to the proposed implementation, the capillary tube or flow restrictor-4- is connected by means of a seal, fixation and retention sleeve-5- to the connecting tube-8-, which is attached to the evaporator or serpentine-6-, avoiding the use of complicated parts, processes and elements, reducing the chances of leaks or losses of cooling fluid from the cooling system. In the variant or alternative embodiment presented, the seal, fixing, and retaining bush-5-, is arranged in the evaporator or serpentine-6-, regardless of the use of the connecting tubes-8- and -8S-.
