Abstract

El uso de un aditivo de combustible con detergente en una composición de combustible diesel, para reducir la pérdida de potencia y/o revertir una pérdida de potencia anterior, y opcionalmente disminuir la emisión de gases y/o de partículas. También se presenta un método para evaluar el rendimiento de una composición de combustible diesel basada en su capacidad para disminuir o revertir la pérdida de potencia, y una composición de combustible diesel que contiene un detergente a una concentración activa de entre 100 y 500 ppmp.
