Abstract

La presente se refiere a un aparato de gas (1), con un quemador de gas (4) en la parte inferior de dicho aparato y en la vecindad de una superficie (6) subyacente, el cual comprende además: un piloto controlador de la atmósfera, (12), provisto con un orificio para la entrada del aire primario al cual está conectado un tubo (10) cuyo orificio libre (11) está situado por debajo del nivel del quemador de gas (4); y medios detectores de la temperatura de la llama (15) del piloto que están funcionalmente acoplados a medios (14) para el corte del paso del gas de alimentación hacia el quemador principal (4); gracias a lo cual el paso del gas de alimentación hacia el quemador es interrumpido cuando se detecta un enfriamiento de la llama del piloto ocasionado por un aumento de la concentración del gas en la mezcla (vapores en el aire primario, llegada del aire obstruida por una fase líquida).
