Abstract
Una secuencia de ácido nucleico de COP1 aislada de una planta de maíz, secuencia de ácido nucleico de COP1 que se denomina ZmCOP1. La presente también se relaciona con un método para usar la secuencia de ácido nucleico ZmCOP1 para controlar la respuesta de evasión de sombras de una planta de cultivo para obtener una siembra a alta densidad y mejorar el rendimiento.
