Abstract
Un compuesto de bencilaminopirimidina, caracterizado por la fórmula (1) en donde: R1 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4 o halógeno; R2 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4 o halógeno; R3 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4 o halógeno; R4 es hidrógeno o alquilo C1-4; R5 es hidrógeno, hidroxilo, alquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 totalmente o predominantemente sustituido con flúor, trifluorometilo o halógeno; R6 es hidrógeno, hidroxilo, alquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 totalmente o predominante sustituido con flúor, o halógeno; R7 es un radical cíclico o bicíclico sustituido por nitro y los radicales R9 y R10 y es seleccionado del grupo formado por imidazol, imidazopiridazina e imidazopiridina; A es alquileno C1-7; B es una ligadura o alquileno C1-7; X es O(oxígeno), N-alquilo C1-4, NH o S(O)n; e Y es CH o CR8; en donde: R8 es hidroxilo, alquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, alcoxi totalmente o predominante sustituido con flúor, trifluormetilo o halógeno; R9 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4, halógeno, nitro, hidroxialquilo C1-4 o alquil C1-4 carboniloxi-alquilo C1-4; R10 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1-4 o nitro; y n es 0, 1 o 2; y sales de los mismos. Util para el control de bacterias Helicobacter.
