Abstract

Se incluye el aceite de maíz y la harina de maíz obtenidos del maíz con alto contenido de aceite en productos ventajosos. El aceite de maíz es extraído del maíz con alto contenido de aceite para formar la harina de maíz. El aceite comprende generalmente niveles de nutrientes no encontrados en los aceites de maíz disponibles en el mercado, ya que se expone la mayor parte o la totalidad del grano de maíz, en lugar de sólo el germen, al proceso de extracción.
