Abstract
Procedimiento para preparar un compuesto de fórmula (1) en la que R1 es para-nitrobencilo o alilo; y X es halo; que es útil para preparar cefalosporinas sustituidas con éter cíclico en la posición 3, a partir de compuestos trimetilfosfínicos. También se refieren compuestos útiles en tales procedimientos. Un procedimiento para preparar un compuesto de fórmula (1) en la que R1 es para-nitrobencilo o alilo; y X es halo; porque comprende las etapas de: a) ciclar un compuesto trimetilfosfínico de fórmula (3) en la que R1 es para-nitrobencilo o alilo; y R2 se selecciona entre el grupo compuesto por alquilo C1-6, arilo C6-10, aril C6-10-alquilo C1-6 y ditianilo; en un disolvente; para formar un compuesto de fórmula (2) en la que R1 y R2 son como se definieron anteriormente; y b) hacer reaccionar dicho compuesto de fórmula (2) con un ácido.
