Abstract
Formada por un bastidor de estructura tubular y envolvente de chapa perimetral; que recibe a dos parrillas simétricamente dispuestas que a la vez sepueden intercambiar con cuatro spiedos unidos a un tornillo sin fin parcializado segun lascremalleras de cada espadín de spiedo y teniendo esta parrilla laparticularidad de tener un doble sistema de poleas accionado desde otro eje inferior que moviliza a una bandeja porta carbon a la altura de fuego deseada. Ytambién se puedeintercambiar una parril la por dos spiedos utilizándose dos cremalleras de dicho tornillo sin fin para la opcion combinada de parrilla y doblespiedo. El conjunto parrilla explicitado en cualquiera de sus variantes puede ser dividido en su versionmovil con ruedas o de apoyo sobre mesada.
