Abstract

La presente invencion está dirigida a un material de transferencia de líquido formado a partir de un laminado estrangulado y un proceso para confeccionardicho laminado. El laminado estrangulado se forma a partir de capas de lámina de por lo menos unmaterial estrangulable no elástico laminado a por lo menos lapelícula no elástica que define una dimension longitudinal y una dimension transversal. Por lo menos la capa de película del laminado está perforada en unazona en donde se desea que ocurrala transferencia del líquido a través del laminado. El laminado completo puede estar perforado también. La parte no perforadadel laminado permanece extensible y retráctil en por lo menos una dimension sin reducir significativamente la capacidad pararespirar y/o las propiedades debarrera contra el líquido que tiene la capa de película. Esta extensibilidad y retractilidad del laminado se debe a las rugosidades estriadas en, por ejemplo,la dimension longitudinal de la capa de película que permiteque el laminado estrangulado tenga cierto grado de extensibilidad y retractilidad en la dimensiontransversal. Un laminado con capacidad para respirar puede confeccionarse estirando parcialmente la capa de película no elástica, sujetando una capaestrangulable no elástica para formar un laminado y luego elongando el laminado para estrangularlo y alargar la película hasta lograr la configuracioncompletamente estirada que se desea.
