A majority of the first plurality of non-isotropic coupling members may have their coupling openings directed essentially along a first vector, which has a vector component in the transverse direction directed along the lateral direction (24). A majority of the second plurality of non-isotropic engagement members may have their engagement openings directed essentially along a second vector, which is directed outwardly from the first vector by a selected offset.
