Abstract
Un cano de subida marino con flotabilidad variable y un método para proveer y ajustar la flotabilidad de dicho cano de subida. El cano de subidacomprende un conducto principal al cual están asegurados una pluralidad de recipientes. Un lodo de material flotante, por ejemplo, pequenas esferas huecassuspendidas en agua de mar, es bombeado dentro de los recipientes para desplazar el agua de mar contenida en los mismos y conferir flotabilidadal cano de subida. Cuando se desea reducir la flotabilidaddel cano de subida, las esferas son removidas simplemente abriendo los recipientes ypermitiendo que el agua de mar que los rodea desplace las esferas desde los recipientes.
