Abstract
Se provee un método de granulacion humeda en batea de fertilizantes y otros materiales para generar gránulos o pellets (bolas). El métodoconsiste en la formacion de gránulos directamente en la batea a partir del material de alimentacion sin pasos intermedios o uso de material degeneracion. el resultado es un producto que tiene una seccion transversal completamente uniforme. El material de alimentacion está inicialmenteen la distribucion de tamano de -150 malla con un 90% o más en el rango de tamano de 200 malla. Se mantiene la humedad para facilitar un proceso continuosin ciclado. El método tiene la ventaja de permitir la granulacion de materiales tanto de los que son considerados como peligrosos como los que soninherentemente dificultososde granular de una manera segura y conveniente.A wet granulation method is provided in the fertilizer pan and other materials to generate granules or pellets (balls). The method consists in the formation of granules directly in the pan from the feeding material without intermediate steps or use of degeneration material. The result is a product that has a completely uniform cross section. The feed material is initially in the size distribution of -150 mesh with 90% or more in the size range of 200 mesh. Moisture is maintained to facilitate a continuous cycling process. The method has the advantage of allowing the granulation of materials both those that are considered as dangerous and those that are inherently difficult to granulate in a safe and convenient manner.
