Abstract
Composicion para la estimulacion de la síntesis del pigmento melánico constituida por una mezcla de extracto alcoholicol de placenta humana al 50% conteniendo cloruro de calcio a una concentracion entre 0,2 y 4, 0 mg/ml. El procedimiento para su obtencion comprenden la trituracion y maceracion de cotiledones placentarios congelados en etanol, seguido de filtrado. El sobrenadante se procesa con diferentes solventes orgánicos, redisolviéndose el ultimo precipitado en una solucion de cloruro de calcio en etanol. La composicion tiene aplicaccion en la estimulacion de la síntesis de pigmento melánico de la piel y en el tratamiento del vitiligo.
