Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere por lo general a un método en un sistema de comunicacion basado en el Acceso Multiple por Division de Codigo (CDMA) para la asignacion y el control de los canales de enlace descendente en una estacion base que tiene un nivel fijo máximo de potencia de enlace descendente permitido. El método incluye los pasos de estimar la potencia de enlace descendente que se necesita para un intervalo de tiempo subsiguiente, y en caso de ser necesario, restringir la potencia de enlace descendente para los aparatos de teléfono de equipos de usuario por medio de la denegacion de sus pedidos de incremento de potencia de enlace descendente. El control de la admision y de la congestion se ejecuta por medio del análisis y la evaluacion del numero de peticiones de potencia denegadas desde dichos equipos de usuario.
