Abstract

La presente proporciona una película de envasado que incluye: (a) una capa externa que comprende un ionomero para proporcionar resistencia térmica y (b)una capa interna que comprende un material polimérico que tiene una temperatura de sellado inferio r que la temperatura de sellado de la capa externa. Lapresente también proporciona un método de fabricacion de una película de envasado como se describe anteriormente, que incluye las etapas de (a) coextrusion deuna primer capa, que comprende un ion omero, y una segunda capa que comprende un material polimérico, que tiene una temperatura de sellado inferior a la de laprimera capa; y (b) enfriamiento de la película que se formo por coextrusion. También se suministra un método de envasado de un pr oducto alimenticio.
