Abstract

Se provee un proceso para obtener paclitaxel y otros taxanos, tales como 13-acetil-9-dihidrobacatín desde una fuente que los contiene, que incluye lasetapas de extraer compuestos de taxano desde la fuente en un solvente orgánico y de hacer pasar esta composicion a través de una columna de cromatografía yeluir los compuestos de taxano en ella.
