Abstract
Se refiere a aglomerados de agente tensoactivos que son apropiados para la formulacion de productos detergentes. Dichos aglomerados tienen una tendenciareducida para transformarse en gel al contacto con el agua, y un perfil de disolucion mejorada. Cu ando se los formula en composiciones detergentes solidas, sonasperjados sobre un componente solido de la composicion, o provistos en la composicion en forma de un aglomerado. Los aglomerados se obtienen al aglomerar unagente tensoactivo líquido o pas toso con un portador en polvo. Los aglomerados tienen la ventaja que permiten la formacion de las composiciones que son muyactivas, en que contienen una cantidad más alta de agente tensoactivo por el peso de la composicion total. Un aglomerado de age nte tensoactivo que comprende unagente tensoactivo y un portador, que además puede comprender una sal soluble en agua de acetato en proximidad cercana con el agente tensoactivo. Dicho agentetensoactivo es un agente tensoactivo no ionico. Dicho aglome rado además puede comprender un polímero que posee un punto de fusion mayor a 35*C. Dicho agentetensoactivo no ionico es un alcohol etoxilado. El aglomerado puede además comprender un compuesto cationico soluble en agua. Dicho aglomerado puede además comprender de 15% a 55% en peso del aglomerado del portador, y de 10% a 40% de acetato, y de 0% a 20% en peso del aglomerado del compuesto cationico soluble enagua. Un proceso para hacer aglomerados donde el acetato o una porcion del mismo, se mezcla con el agente tensoactivo o el portador antes de que el agentetensoactivo sea aglomerado con el portador. Dicho proceso donde el acetato o una porcion del mismo se pulveriza sobre el preaglomerado del agente tensoactivo yel portador y, opcionalmente la otra porcion del acetato. Dicho proceso donde el compuesto cationico soluble en agua se mezcla con el agente tensoactivo antesde que el agente tensoactivo se mezcle con el portador.
