Abstract
Método de manipulacion de hojas metálicas a través de uno o varios trenes consecutivos de medios rotativos cilíndricos opuestos, comprendiendo las etapasde recepcion y de frenado de las hojas por dichos medios rotativos cilíndricos, teniendo las supe rficies periféricas de dichos medios cilíndricos un materialelástico. Preferentemente los medios rotativos cilíndricos son medios para vehículos automoviles equipados con neumáticos. Uno o varios trenes disponen de unsistema pivoteador de los medios rotativos alrededor de un eje paralelo a los ejes de rotacion de los medios rotativos opuestos. Las hojas son recibidas sobreuna banda transportadora de manera tal que el ángulo formado entre las hojas y la banda transportadora es inferior a 90 degree . Un aparato de manipulacion de acuerdoa este método se concibe para trabajar a gran velocidad y con un nivel de ruido muy bajo y es utilizado preferentemente para la evacuacion de hojas metálicasque provienen del deshojamiento del deposito electrolítico sobre cátodos.Method of handling metal sheets through one or several consecutive trains of opposite cylindrical rotary means, comprising the steps of reception and braking of the sheets by said cylindrical rotary means, the peripheral surfaces of said cylindrical means having an elastic material. The sheets are received on a conveyor belt so that the angle formed between the sheets and the conveyor belt is less than 90 degree. A manipulation apparatus according to this method is designed to work at high speed and with a very low noise level and is preferably used for the evacuation of metallic sheets that come from the defoliation of the electrolytic deposit on cathodes.
