Una instalacion para la obtencion y/o disponibilidad de energía solar y agua presenta los siguientes atributos: está previsto a lo menos un elementofotovoltaico modular (25), el elemento fotovoltaico (25) está dispuesto por debajo de la placa o cubie rta transparente (41), orientada hacia el lado del sol,está previsto, además, a los menos un sistema refrigerante (31) para refrigerar el elemento fotovoltaico (25) correspondiente, el sistema refrigerante (31)está estructurado asimismo en forma modu lar, y el elemento fotovoltaico (25) y el correspondiente sistema refrigerante (31) están conformados a modo de modulo(23) manipulable individualmente.
