Abstract
El presente trabajo trata de un regulador de presion de líquidos, del tipo que se utiliza en sistemas de conduccion de líquidos, por ejemplo equipos de riego; los reguladores de presion, cumplen con la funcion de mantener aproximadamente constante la presion de salida del líquido que lo atraviesa, cualquiera sea la presion de entrada al mismo. Solamente forman este regulador un total de 6 piezas, 3 piezas principales que son: una pieza de entrada del líquido, unapieza cilíndrica intermedia, émbolo que desliza en un piston fijo a la anterior, una pieza de salida de los líquidos envolvente de la pieza intermedia anterior; y 3 accesorios, 1 sello, 1 oring y 1 resorte. Cabe mencionar como datos sobresalientes los siguientes; posee un doble cierre conico que lo haceextremadamente efectivo; posee también dos o más apoyos entre el émbolo y el piston que consiguen un desplazamiento coaxial entre estos; y posee medios de comunicacion entre los espacios formados entre los apoyos anteriores y la atm osfera. Con estas mejoras conseguimos un regulador de presion muy sencillo, con mucha economía de piezas, pero a la vez sumamente efectivo.The present work deals with a liquid pressure regulator, of the type that is used in liquid conduction systems, for example irrigation equipment; The pressure regulators fulfill the function of maintaining approximately constant the outlet pressure of the liquid that passes through it, whatever the inlet pressure thereto. This regulator only comprises a total of 6 pieces, 3 main parts that are: a liquid inlet part, an intermediate cylindrical part, a piston that slides in a fixed piston to the previous one, an outlet part of the surrounding liquids of the intermediate piece previous; and 3 accessories, 1 seal, 1 oring and 1 spring. The following should be mentioned as outstanding data; it has a double conical closure that makes it extremely effective; it also has two or more supports between the piston and the piston that achieve a coaxial displacement between them; and it has means of communication between the spaces formed between the previous supports and the atmosphere. With these improvements we get a very simple pressure regulator, with a lot of economy of parts, but at the same time extremely effective.
