Abstract

Una composicion blanqueadora líquida para blanquear sustratos en forma catalítica -especialmente telas para lavar- con oxígeno de la atmosfera o aire. Seproporciona una composicion blanqueadora líquida que comprende una sustancia orgánica que formau n complejo con un metal de transicion, el complejo cataliza elblanqueo de un sustrato mediante el oxígeno de la atmosfera, y un portador líquido o solvente, donde la composicion se encuentra sustancialmente desprovista deblanqueador con peroxígenoo de un sistema de blanqueo basado en -o generador de- peroxi. Del mismo modo se proporciona un método para el blanqueo de unsustrato que comprende la aplicacion de la composicion blanqueadora líquida al sustrato. También se proporciona un métodopara tratar un material textil através de la puesta en contacto de dicho material con la composicion blanqueadora líquida, con lo cual el complejo cataliza el blanqueo del material textilmediante el oxígeno de la atmosfera después de aplicado eltratamien to.
