Abstract

La estructura absorbente compuesta tiene una primera capa de transmision en un contacto preferidocon la segunda capa de retencion a través de unos medios de contacto proximo novedosos efectivos para lograr una relacion de proximidad de Contacto queproporciona las funciones de transporte de líquido y de retencion de líquido preferidas cuando la primera capa de transmision y la segunda capa de retencionabsorbente son combinadas juntas entre si de acuerdo con la presente invencion.En un aspecto, se usa un agente de enlace en combinacion con la primera capa detransmision de fibras humedecibles y una segunda capa de retencion de unmaterial polimérico formador de hidrogel, preferiblemente superabsorbente, paraformar una estructura absorbente compuesta con una relacion de Proximidad de contacto preferida y que proporciona la funcion de transporte de líquidopreferida y la funcion de retencion de líquido preferida. En un aspecto, el agente de enlace usado en combinacion con la primera capa de transmision y lasegunda capa de retencion incluye fibras de tipo vaina/nucleo de polietileno/polipropileno de Danaklon. En un aspecto, el agente de enlace incluye un adhesivode fusion en caliente hidrofilo. En un aspecto, el agente de enlace incluye una resina de resistencia en mojado de poliaminoamida epiclorohidrina. Laestructura absorbente compuesta y el método se usan en productos absorbentes descartables.
