Abstract
Las máquinas sincronicas se conocen desde largo tiempo atrás en las más variadas formas. Tanto funcionando como generador o como motor, en el caso de uncortocircuito, p.e., un cortocircuito en los bornes de conexion o también en el interior delarrol lamiento del estator, estas máquinas sincronicas producen muyaltos momentos torsores por cortocircuito. Estos altísimos momentos torsores por cortocircuito pueden alcanzar valores desde seis hasta ocho veces el momentotorsor nominal de lamáquina. Po r tal motivo, esto deberá tenerse en cuenta en el diseno mecánico de la máquina sincronica aun en el muy poco frecuente caso deun cortocircuito, por la inherente aparicion de un elevadísimo momento torsor por cortocircuito. El objetivode la presente es simplificar el diseno de lamáquina sincronica y evitar las desventajas antes mencionadas. Máquina sincronica con un rotor y un estator, en la que el estator presenta por lo menos dosarrollamientos de corriente alterna (trifásica)aislados eléctri camente y/o espacialmente entre sí.
