Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un proceso para la fabricacion de vidrio técnico utilizando una llama no dura que es de color azul e incluyesustancialmente especies no reductora. Se refiere también a un quemador (1) para llevar a cabo estepro ceso, que tiene tres conductos coaxiales (3, 5, 7)para inyectar gas dentro de una zona de combustion (9), a saber un conducto central (3) para inyectar el oxidante, un conducto anular intermedio (5) parainyectar el combustible, y un conductoanul ar perférico (7) para inyectar el oxidante, siendo determinada la velociad del flujo total del oxidante QoToTmediante la ecuacion: QoTOT = (Ro + delta R) Qc en donde Qc representa el consumo nominal de combustible del quemador, Ro esel radi o estequiométricoentre el combustible y el oxidante, y R es un exceso estequiométrico. Con el fin de obtener una llama azul que tenga un impulso bajo, las dimensiones de lostres conductos (3, 5, 7) satisfacen las condiciones particulares.
