Abstract

Se revelan en la presente solicitud composiciones poliméricas absorbentes utiles en la absrocion de fluidos corporales tales como orina, menstruacion ysimilares. En particular, la invencion se refiere a composicioens poliméricas absorbentes dein tercambio ionico de lecho mixto que tiene excelentespropiedades de funcionamiento de absorbencia en términos de capacidad absorbente bajo una presionrestrictiva de 0,7 psi y/o 1,4 psi. La invenciontambién se refiere a elementosabsorbentes que comrpenden las composiciones poliméricas absorbentes de intercambio ionico de lecho mixto y artículosabsorbentes que comprenden los elementos absorbentes.
