Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento de preparacion de barquillos de cereal con relleno, en el que la confeccion mediante la coccion por extrusion por lo menosde una banda de cereal aplanado, se forma por el prensado en caliente de por lo menos unahiler a de cavidades en la banda extruída todavía termoplástica, serealizan incisiones transversales en la banda entre las cavidades, se introduce un relleno alimenticio en las cavidades y se corta la banda longitudinalmentemientras se cortan losextremos de las incisiones transversales para obtener los barquillos con rellenos indivicuales. Se describe además el aparato parallevar a cabo dicho procedimiento.
