Abstract

Se relaciona un registro que correlaciona varias zonas locales diferentes con un abono particular, con un registro de ubicacion local (HLR). Se puederelacionar una ubicacion geográfica diferente, un período de tiempo efectivo y una tarifa correspondiente con cada zona local. En respuesta a una solicitudpara establecer una conexion de llamada con una estacion movil particular que viaja dentro de su área de cobertura, el contro conmujtador movil (MSC)servidor se comunica con el HLR relacionado para determinar la zona que en ese momento está efectiva para la estacion movil pertinente. El MSC servidor luegodetermina si la estacion movil está ubicada en ese momento dentro de la zona local determinada. En respuesta a una determinacion afirmativa, se aplica unatarifa reducida correspondiente para la conexion de llamada resulltante.
