Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un método de comunicacion de acceso multiple en un sistema que comprende una unidad centralizada y una multiplicidad deunidades periféricas conectadas a dicha unidad centralizada mediante un primer medio de conexionmo nodireccional apto para realizar la transmision depaquetes de datos de longitud fija desde dicha unidad centralizada hacia dichas unidades periféricas y mediante un segundo medio de conexion monodireccionalapto para realizar la transmision depaquete s de datos de longitud fija desde dichas unidades periféricas hacia dicha unidad centralizada. La invencion prevéla fase de insertar en dicho paquete transmitido sobre dicho primer medio de conexion un campo que contiene lasinformaciones de un primer identificador deFlujo Agrupado (BFI), el cual identifica una agrupacion de una multiplicidad de Recorridos Virtuales (VP) egresante corriente abajo (downstream) desde unamisma unidad periférica. La invencion prevétambién la fase de inserta r en dicho paquete transmitido sobre dicho segundo medio de conexion un campo quecontiene las informaciones de un segundo identificador de Flujo Agrupado (BFI), el cual identifica una agrupacion de una multiplicidadde Recorridos Virtuales(VP) q ue ingresan corriente arriba (upstream) en una misma unidad periférica. Thanks to these identifiers it is possible to manage the cells by preparing them in a single centralized point.
