Se trata de complejos utiles para la polimerizacion de olefinas de formula I, donde M es Ti, H, o Z, con numero de oxidacion +2, +3, o 4 y R, Z y Xp, Xqy X, tienen los valores indicados en la descripcion. Se preparan también los catalizadores formulados con dichos complejos y procedimientos depolimerizacion de olefinas conducidos en presencia de dichos catalizadores.
