Abstract
Mejorar la especificidad de expresion génica por direccion a un sitio de expresion específica de un gen elegido como objetivo. Se provee así un genquimérico que comprende un promotor que expresa en más de una region del organismo aafectar. El promotor está ligado a un agente que afecta elfuncionamiento de un gen endogeno en la planta, que también es expresado en más de una region de la planta. El promotor y el agente se seleccionan de maneraque existe una superposicion ensus sitios de expresion de una o más ubicaciones deseadas. Este sitio de superposicion confiere mayor especificidady direccionado de la expresion génica.
