Abstract

Una prenda desechable que tiene un panel de cintura elástico que incluye una o más zonas de retencion localizadas para la retencion de la prenda en suposicion inicial tal como fue aplicada sobre el cuerpo del usuario. Las zonas de retencion incluyenmateriales que tienen un coeficiente de friccion estáticamás alto que el área superficial principal que constituye la superficie interior al cuerpo de la prenda. La prenda también incluye áreas localizadas que tienenun coeficiente de friccion estática más bajo que el área superficial interior principal de la prenda para facilitar la colocacion de la prenda en una posicionde uso deseada. Tales áreas de coeficiente de friccion estática más bajo pueden incluir áreas adyacentes a las aberturas de pierna y áreas de la pretina queyace encima del estomago del usuario. La presente tiene aplicacion en panales desechables, prendas antincontinencia para ninos y adultos, prendas interioresdesechables, panales tipo pull-on, bombachas de adiestramiento ypantaletas para uso menstrual. Adicionalmente, la prenda también puede incluir dentro dela pretina, así como también dentro de los paneles laterales que conectan con la cadera de la prenda, áreas en donde el coeficiente de friccion estática varíadealto a bajo para proveer retencion y comodidad mejorados por una amplia gama de condiciones de uso y una amplia gama de movimientos del usuario.
