Abstract
[Problema] Como grabar y reproducir datos en una línea de densidad alta. [Medios para resolver el problema] Una unidad de determinacion/insercion de bit decontrol DSV 11 inserta bits de control DSV para la ejecucion de un control DSV en una cadenade datos entrantes y libera la cadena de datos a una unidad demodulacion 12. La unidad de modulacion 12 convierte la cadena de datos con una longitud de datos básica de 2 bits en un codigo de longitud variable conlongitud de codigo básica de 3 bitsde acuerdo con una tabla de conversion y libera el codigo resultante de la conversion a una unidad de codificacion NRZI 13.La tabla de conversion usada por la unidad de modulacion 12 incluye codigos de sustitucion para limitar el numero deapariciones c onsecutivas de una ejecucionmínima a un valor predeterminado y codigos de sustitucion para mantener el límite de longitud de ejecucion. Además, la tabla de conversion aplica una regla deconversion, de acuerdo con al cual el restante dela division de conteo 1 de un elemento en una cadena de datos por 2 teniendo un valor de 0 o 1 siempreserá igual al restante de la division del conteo 1 de un elemento en la cadena de palabras de codigo resultante de la conversion de la cadena dedatos por2.
